The restaurant was great with delicious food and best beer here, I had delicious dishes. The location was great and the staff were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Everything here was perfect, I will be back.

Lovely hotel with an atmosphere that feels like a retreat. The beer and food were great and we enjoyed the live music. It was nice to be close to the city and the mountains for walking and exploring. The bed was also comfy, it felt like home.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and the hot water wasn't very hot. the staff wasn't very friendly and they seemed uninterested in helping us with anything.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is great - it's within walking distance of the city centre and close to the monastery. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served every morning. One detail that stood out to me from other reviews was the good beer they offer, which I can definitely vouch for. a great experience!

My stay during Christmas was dampened by the terrible room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
